Some very brief notes for the canonblind: Konoe has cat ears, a tail, fangs, and (retractable) claws. His pupils contract to slits in case of extreme excitement, but are normally round. Apart from those specifics, he's physically human. His people usually refer to themselves as "cats". They don't turn into cats; their world no longer has the creatures we would call cats. If you want to know what Konoe's world is like, picture a Zelda-like fantasy setting, and that's close enough - just with "cats" (and demons) rather than other humanoids.
And yes, he's sensitive to catnip. >_>
